Meridian tapping began many years ago with the original work of Roger Callahan in the creation of TFT (Thought Field Therapy).
This complex method consisted of tapping different sequences of meridian points for different issues. Later, engineer, Gary Craig, came along and simplified the method and called it EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Craig’s method used tapping the same points for all issues. This wildly successful method is now practiced worldwide and has many clinical studies proving its efficacy.
